  • High-functioning at work/uni/home but mentally exhausted

  • Prone to overthinking conversations or decisions

  • Struggling with performance anxiety, studies, or workplace pressure

  • Feeling persistently tense, flat, or emotionally drained

  • Adjusting to major life changes and not coping as expected

Outwardly capable. Internally unsettled. Therapy provides structured space to regain clarity and emotional stability.

What therapy focuses on

Sessions are structured and goal-oriented. The focus is on:

  • Understanding what maintains anxiety or stress patterns

  • Reducing excessive rumination and over-analysis

  • Strengthening emotional regulation skills

  • Improving confidence in performance situations

  • Developing practical strategies that apply outside sessions

This is not open-ended conversation without direction.
Progress is discussed and reviewed over time.
